This class takes a deeper dive into the first principle of effective Yin Yoga practice – finding the right amount of sensation in the pose aka finding your edge. Having the right edge helps achieve the physical benefits of the practice namely to exercise and strengthen connective tissue – more sensation in Yin Yoga is NOT better.
A simple and effective relaxation / meditation exercise is offered to help slow down racing thoughts and create an internal space where calm can enter easily.
