Physically this class focusses mostly on the lower body and it’s suitable for all levels.

- Reclined Deer (lengthens and opens front of hips – quads and hip flexors)
- Figure 4 (up the wall) – (lengthens the glutes / outer hips)
- Legs up the bolster (helps relax deep leg muscles)
- Supported Side Twist (gently compress back / spine tissue – think wringing out dish cloth gently)

- A bolster or couch cushion (two if you have them but not absolutely necessary)
- Two blocks (or thick books)
