This class guides you gently through some soft skills involved with being more open. It’s Yin so it won’t force anything and it won’t go too deep. Rather you’ll practice gently and safely opening up to whatever wants to come up in your practice and how to gradually increase being more open to things that are of benefit to you.
Physically this class is an all-round class with no one particular body area the focus, and it’s suitable for all levels.
Props needed include:
- A bolster or couch cushion (two if you have them but not absolutely necessary)
- Two blocks (or thick books)

- Side Lying Mermaid (side upper body)
- Supported Fish / Mountain Brook (chest, lower back, upper abdomen)
- Unnamed pose (targeting the jaws)
- Supine Melting Heart (chest and shoulders)
